Personal Assistant to Jen Cochran - a Harrisburg, PA position

Jen is currently looking for a part time (possibly full time) personal assistant in Harrisburg, PA.

This person will be asked to:
  • help organize the new home office
  • make and receive phone calls
  • write emails, schedule emails
  • update website content as instructed (limited)
  • update social media as instructed (limited)
  • fill out, file, and follow up on paperwork
  • general organization (!!!!)

This person's personality should be:
  • thick-skinned
  • organized
  • motivated
  • tech-savvy
  • borderline OCD is a +
  • tattoos and professional, but bossy attitude is a +

Location:
  • near Little Amps in downtown Harrisburg
  • in-office is a MUST on Mondays; the rest of the weekdays are flexible
  • this is NOT a virtual position, though.

Internships
Web Media Intern
The intern will be a person of many hats and should be comfortable multitasking and switching gears quickly. The person holding this position will learn the marketing industry inside and out including, but not limited to: web design (concepts), SEO, SEM, social media marketing and community engagement. 

No experience is required.

However, we may be looking for some marketing and/or design courses. In the very least, this person will need to understand a wide variety of computer programs (Adobe Creative Suite is a plus!), learn new programs quickly, and enjoy engaging people via social media. 

Branches PSP is a champion for small business and is passionate about empowering independent businesses - you should be too!

This position is not paid. The hours are flexible. You will be working remotely (from home or school). So, strong time management skills and self discipline are a must! 

You must also have access to a computer and reliable internet access. No special programs are required. So, the school computer lab will be sufficient.
